For two days this December, Chef Tom Meyer, Executive Chef of the two-MICHELIN-starred La Chèvre d’Or in Èze, France, brings his contemporary French cuisine to La Crique.

Inspired by the Mediterranean, seasonal produce and the sea, Chef Tom’s cuisine is defined by refined French technique and a deep sense of place. A Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF), one of France’s highest distinctions for craftsmanship, he brings a thoughtful and precise approach to this special collaboration by the Andaman Sea.

For this limited two-day takeover, guests are invited to discover a distinctive expression of the French Riviera at La Crique, shaped by seasonality, coastal flavours and the shared connection between land and sea.
