Chef Sergio Gonzalez Crubellier presents a one-night Beachside Asado Experience, featuring a four-sequence sharing-style menu of Don Asado specialties.
The highlight of the evening is Asado a la Cruz—Angus beef rib slow-cooked over wood fire on the beach for eight hours—served alongside Argentine favourites including home-made beef empanadas.
The evening unfolds with live music, tango, and salsa by the sea.
