Known for its depth and character, goat is carefully prepared through slow cooking and layered spice work, drawing from Southern Thai traditions. Each dish reveals a thoughtful balance of richness, aroma, and texture.

This limited-time menu explores goat across a range of expressions, from vibrant and refreshing to rich and deeply comforting.

The Experience

A refined exploration of Southern Thai heritage through the many expressions of goat, from charcoal fire and slow-braised curries to bright herbs and comforting broths. Each course reveals depth, spice, and regional character, thoughtfully paired with wines to enrich the journey.
