Leading down from the central staircase to the 2nd level are 2 large master bedroom suites with living area of 133 sq. meters and 146 sq. meters respectively, plus a separate ocean-facing living and TV pavilion. One of the bedroom suites features an adjoining twin bedroom.

One level below is 2 identical, large master bedrooms of 133 sq. meters and 146 sq. meters respectively, and a smaller 45 sq. meter guest room, all with lovely views.

Villa 18 is cared for and serviced by a dedicated cook and housekeeper who prepare home-cooked Thai and Western dishes from the modern kitchen.

The location, elevated position and open upper decks of this villa need to be considered by families travelling with children or guests with restricted movement. There are a number of stairs between bedrooms and living areas.
